Phil gave my clarinet the "kiss of life" 2 years ago when I started playing again after a very lengthy break. Phil was thorough, professional and had a reassuring and confident manner. I went back this year for a few minor tweaks … More that I was aware of and Phil found a problem with the barrel which if went unnoticed would have resulted in a catastrophic failure, so thank you Phil for your ever keen professional eye. I highly recommend Phil.

I recently had the pleasure of having my tenor saxophone repaired by Phill, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. After a frustrating experience with "Play it Again" in Poole where I had to return three times due … More to persistent leaks, I was desperate for a competent and reliable technician. Phil exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment I contacted him, he was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation. He took the time to listen to the issues I was having and reassured me that he would get my saxophone back to perfect playing condition. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft were evident throughout the repair process.
When I got my sax back, it felt like a brand new instrument. The leaks were completely fixed, and it played better than it had after i purchased it a year ago.
If you're looking for someone who truly knows their way around a saxophone and cares about their clients, look no further.Phil turned a frustrating experience into a fantastic one, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended!
